What do you provide?
Our mobile bar service offers a distinctive and visually appealing experience with both our custom made vintage horse trailer and our custom made indoor/outdoor bar, complete with at least 2 professional bartenders, a fully equipped bar, and an assortment of quality drink essentials such as cups, napkins, straws and ice. Our mixers/elixirs/garnishes are homemade with vine ripened fruits, herbs, flowers and vegetables from our family farm!
why can’t Hailey’s Bar Garden bring THE alcohol?
Virginia, DC and Maryland are all “Dry Hire”. Dry Hire means that Mobile Bars can not get a liquor license, therefore we can’t buy and then sell the alcohol. We will give you the shopping list and all you have to do is place the order, pay for it and we will pick it up. The cool thing is that you get to keep what’s leftover and/or return the unused bottles if the store allows it. (most do)
What type of events do you service?
Any and every event you’re hosting! We serve any event from dinner parties, weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, graduations, bridal showers to baby showers.
what does it cost?
Each event is a little different depending on what kind of drinks you would like to be served, how many people will be attending, where the event is, and how long the event will be.

How far do you travel?
We are based in Loudoun County, Va. We service the DC metro area. (VA, DC, MD) We will travel beyond that for an additional travel fee.
what is required to reserve my date?
Once we have chosen a date and set a price, we will send over an invoice and contract. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required the date of booking to secure your date.
What kind of drinks do you serve?
We serve anything from specialty cocktails, standard cocktails, mocktails, beer, wine, soft drinks, anything you want!
Are you insured?
Hailey’s Bar Garden has general liability insurance.
Do you require power?
If you choose to use the trailer bar, we will need a power outlet or worse case a generator rental fee will need to be added.
WHAT IS your CANCELLATION POLICY?
We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date and the remaining balance be paid 15 days prior to the event. If your event is cancelled, after you pay the remaining balance, we will refund you that amount.
