Virginia, Maryland, DC and West Virginia are “Dry Hire” only, which means that we provide you with a list, you order and purchase the alcohol and we will pick it up. The beautiful thing about that is you won’t get up-charged on the alcohol and you get to keep what’s left after the party! Also, in most cases, you can return unopened bottles.
